Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges May Change Without Notice. The price for shipping varies from country to country, price will be calculated during checkout after you have entered your address.

 

ITEMS IN STOCK: Items in Stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Your item will arrive within 7-10 business days if choosing Canada Post Ground Postage depends on the dimensions and weight of your item. A tracking number will be provided.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS: Your item will ship once the order has been completed. Debbie’s Crystal Art will advise on how long it will take to complete your custom order. FedEx: If you choose to have your order shipped by FedEx – we will advise you of the cost prior to shipping.

 

INSURANCE: We strongly advise to purchase insurance for the full value of your item whether shipping by Canada Post or FedEx

 

ADD SIGNATURE REQUIRED REQUEST: We strongly advise you purchase the Signature Required Request.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay their country taxes. We recommend the customer chooses FedEx for international orders. Debbie’s Crystal Art will package your item in secure boxes with bubble wrap and will be identified with “FRAGILE” stickers/tape on boxes. If a product is damaged during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to file a damage claim wih the carrier for the full amount the package was insured. Disclaimer: Packages left by carriers at your address due to nobody available to receive the package and are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged, shall be deemed delivered. Lost packages from carrier leaving them outside of your location, because no one is available to accept, is the customer's responsibility. WE ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN/BROKEN PACKAGES DURING SHIPPING PROCESS. PLEASE ENSURE YOU PURCHASE INSURANCE FOR FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER IN CASE THAT HAPPENS TO COVER YOUR LOSS.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS: Debbie’s Crystal Art wants to ensure your shopping experience with us is as pleasant as possible. If you find a blemish in our work, please contact us at 1 (403) 703-6559 to discuss or contact us via our website. We will ask that you return your item to our studio and we will fix it for you. Your returned item must be sent to us in the same condition as you received it. We will remake or repair your item if you find our workmanship is faulty.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS: Please keep in mind that your item is custom made as per your request. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that you choose the correct design and colour for your item. There will be no exchanges from one design/color combinations to another. When you place your order online, you will receive via email an order confirmation. Please check and carefully review your order to ensure all is correct. If you find an error or mistake with your shipping address, contact number, colour, actual item etc, please notify Debbie’s Crystal Art no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours after your order has been placed, so we can edit your order prior to production on your item. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on custom orders. If you find workmanship is faulty and/or we didn’t follow the exact details of your order, we will remake or repair your item. Under no circumstances will we accept returns where our design/item was damaged through uses for which it was not intended: misuse, mishandling, neglect, design modification or tampering etc. If you changed your mind after placing your order, please contact us immediately by phone 1 (403) 703-6559 and no later than 12 (twelve) hours after your custom order has been placed and we will issue a refund. Once production has begun on your item, we will not accept cancellation.

 

IN STOCK ITEMS: If you are unsatisfied with an item that was not custom made, you can ship your item back within 5 business days and we will issue store credit. Shipping and tax charges are not refundable. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS (including insurance for full cost of the item).

 

LIMITED WARRANTY: Since we do not manufacture items such as phone cases, computer mouse, travel mugs, etc, we cannot give any guarantees to the product that was made by a third party. Debbie’s Crystal Art will guarantee our WORKMANSHIP ONLY. Our warranty does not cover physical abuse, misuse, accident, manufacture defect, or theft. Treat your crystal item like fine jewelry and it will last for years!
